The regression theorem of regression facilitates tracking the crimes of the ego-driven interventionists back to their acts of intervention. In this manipulative interview by another propaganda arm of the unConstitutional coup an attempt is made to find something (desperately searching for some small morsel somewhere! - no chance!!!) in the Congressional record and then with a distorted twist tried to make an issue of it, the interviewer brings up a statement made by Ron Paul submitted as part of the Congressional record about the Civil Rights Act.

Ron Paul did not make the statement as merely some political rhetoric. As a scholar of classical liberalism and as a statesman he entered the statement. Therefore when asked about it, even though the interviewer distorted its intent, Dr. Paul clarified the natural rights of property rights and how property rights are the foundation of a free and prosperous society. When the State removes property rights all civil liberties and human rights are then in jeopardy and so he objected to the expansion of the State, the destruction of property rights, and the subsequent threat to both liberty and justice.

The Rights And Responsibilities Of Free Speech.

The issue of free speech in private or public places is still only a partial one. Holisitcally human beings have rights (this is the half being addressed) but they also have responsibilities! As mature human beings there is another natural restraint in addition to respect for free speech and property rights and that restraint is acting responsibly, which implies wisdom. Of course this wisdom develops best in the environment described in the divine economy theory but even in lesser conditions (in other words, hampered in some way) wisdom advances as the ethics develops, as it does since humans have an affinity for and benefit from social cooperation.

The combination of the right of free speech, and the degree of responsibility consonant with the ethics of the times brings about balance and serves to confirm the following identity: human rights are property rights and property rights are human rights.

Sovereignty Of Israel Is Essentially Part Of Their Property Rights.

When individuals give up the essence of their property rights - through taxation (or subsidization) and regulation - they become a serf, sometimes living with the illusion of possessing property rights. But when push comes to shove and the final decision is made then the illusion turns into disillusionment but by then it is too late. For example, try to claim that all of your income belongs to you!

The same is true with State sovereignty within the domain of imperialism. The best way for Israel to exercise its sovereignty is to free itself from the subsidization and regulation of its overlord and to do it diplomatically. However, this diplomatic solution is not on the table as long as the United States is in a "bomb & bribe first, ask questions later" mode.

There is a statesman and scholar of classical liberalism that is on the brink of becoming President, one who thoroughly understands property rights and national sovereignty, who will pursue diplomatic solutions, who will encourage trade freely and abundantly throughout the region, and who will stop the weapons racket that is destabilizing the region.

Politicians Use The Word "Democracy" To Oppress The Masses.

"The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it comes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism – ownership by government by an individual, by a group." a quote of FDR

Those words are not true in the combinations that they are used, plus the intention of the words chosen by such an ego-driven interventionist is not what it seems to the innocent people who have been bamboozled by the word 'democracy.'

Democracy is either mob rule or it is the free market, but the propaganda of the State has taught people that the free market is unsavory. So the double-speak of this ego-driven interventionist (FDR) alludes to the liberty of ‘mob rule.’

It is true that this mob rule (liberty of democracy) is not safe if people tolerate the growth of private power (in other words, individual liberty like property rights) exactly because individual liberty is what can restrain and conquer the State (which grows at the expense of individual liberty).

The essence of fascism is crony capitalism which can only exist as a form of socialism, perhaps masked by the illusion of ‘democracy’ where the people are fooled into the mob rule of the political class who then ‘go to bed’ with special interests thereby creating the fascism of crony capitalism.

Democracy is a word that can mean something good or something bad (even though miseducation has made it appear that it solitarily has a good meaning). The State created this miseducation and it perpetuates the myth.

Lost is the ethical axiom: Property rights are human rights and human rights are property rights. But even if the self-appointed worldwide interventionists found this axiom they would want to falsely interpret it to justify their attack on property rights.

They would claim that “Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author” and proceed to starve mankind of its bountiful source of wealth. Partial knowledge in the hands of the ego-driven interpreters and interventionists is a danger to the advancement of civilization.

To these ignorant and corrupt self-appointed worldwide interventionists any recognition of the constantly enriching flow of wealth-generating knowledge discovered during the market process by the inherent entrepreneurial spirit of individuals would undermine their attempt to control the destiny of mankind. Their narrow and perverse vision is nothing but impoverishing and cannot 'stand the heat' of any comparison with the magnificent potential of human civilization that would occur without their meddling.

Of course each viewer enters into that encounter with a unique perspective and that is what will be thoughtfully stimulated. In that sense the learning process activated by this sketch presentation follows the same pattern described in the presentation!

However, the invisible source where the ideas come from, which then appear in the human mind even when it is stewed on for a length of time, is not addressed. The fact that it is boundless and accessible to every human being makes claims to ownership a vain imagining. That does not diminish the great station that deservedly belongs to those who exercise their entrepreneurial spirit!

In a classical liberalism society property privilege is protected from fraud and violence by a legal framework that protects property rights. The creation of property privilege is the combination of a creative human spirit and resources, so in contrast to any contrary claim, the State has nothing to do with this creation. The State can either protect property from fraud and violence or it can be the creator or nurturer of fraud and violence that disrupts and corrupts the order brought about by human action.

The takeover of the means of production by 'peasants' is fraud (they are not the owners) and violent (it is not done voluntarily), can only happen if sanctioned by the State, violates human rights, and retards the ever-advancing civilization (clearly uncivilized behavior that begets retrogression).

Not only is this important for the future - to facilitate the establishment of classical liberalism societies working together all around the world peacefully and prosperously - but it is vitally important now to prevent the annihilation of the Constitutional Republic in America.

The unConstitutional coup is uncontrollably expanding under the incompetent watch of the Congress. These elected representatives - Congress - are either beholden to the unConstitutional coup by some corrupt arrangement or they are so thoroughly indoctrinated by the propaganda that they regarded as their 'education' throughout their lives that they have become imbecilic. Either way they sit idle as the Constitution is trampled upon and slashed and even defecated upon by the traitorous unConstitutional coup.

There is a hierarchy in this corrupt system of government and the States are fed only table scraps. Now as socialism and fascism intensifies even the scraps are consumed so the States are in danger of facing an irate citizenry in a weakened and hungry condition. The States are juxtaposed in between the citizens and the higher-ups (the coup and its minions), that is, the economic terrorists directing the expansion of the powers of the unConstitutional coup.

This position of the States - starving yet exposed - is being recognized by the States. At last they are coming to the realization that things are backwards. The States are supposed to be the principal representative level of government in our Constitutional Republic.

It is the right and responsibility of the States to prevent (but now to terminate) the coup. The first step, which is now being taken, is to expose the illegality of all the layers of corruption associated with the unConstitutional coup.

I am sure one assumption is the existence of the dollar as a currency of value in the year 2070. This is a complete farce!

Once that absurdity is addressed then the detrimental consequences of a national debt out-of-control can be further discussed as an example of what causes a nation to fall apart.

This is then a good transition into the discussion about whether federal debt is ever a good thing. Since humans are subjective it is practically impossible to have an instance where everyone is in agreement about any one endeavor.
