Ethics As It Pertains To Subjective Human Beings.

In scarcity terms there is one and only one subjective person that can make a claim to one's own person and as a matter of fact that same person has knowledge that is unique and subjective. This 'ownership' is what can be regarded as a human right and all human rights are property rights just like all property rights are human rights.

Replace The Bankrupt Ideology Of Statism.

One of the most crying needs of this period in history - the Dark Ages of economics - is the refinement of private property rights so that a contractual society can replace the bankrupt ideology of statism. Question For An Unborn Before It's Too Late.

First of all, the baby is not the property of its mother or its parents. The baby's property rights are its human rights, pure and simple, at this stage in its life!

So here is the question:

"Baby, do you want to experience this world before you go to the next world?"

The purpose of this world is to acquire the names and attributes of God - to take into the next world - and so there is a real possibility that bypassing this world will cause a disability in the next world.

Is the one considering abortion aware of the consequences for herself (taking a life) and for the unborn (creating a disability in the world beyond)?

Key To Conflict Resolution - Property Rights.

Human rights are part of natural law, which includes the recognition that humans make decisions subjectively. The structure of human logic is unique to Homo sapiens and it is universal for all human beings. Yet each individual has unique experiences and abilities which make each person's perspective unique also. This uniqueness functions within this universal structure of human logic that all humans have in common.

Natural rights are part of the order that comes from the choice of humans to socially cooperate. Physically, intellectually, and spiritually humans have discovered in infinitely repeatable ways over the history of the evolution of human civilization that social cooperation is beneficial. The association of humans with their subjective choices is only natural, and identifying how these choices fit in as a part of social cooperation leads to reciprocity and a mutual recognition of property rights and human rights. Both human rights and property rights are understood in that context of reciprocity.

In other words, from the beginning of human history property rights have prevented conflict. What belongs to someone is theirs and what belongs to me is mine. The signs of ownership are often clear and when they are not clear it is by refining the definition so that the property rights are made clear and evident that conflicts are resolved.

Since the State confiscates property, and since it is the monopolist judge deciding what definition of property rights it wants to abide by, there is little conflict resolution potential in societies now-a-days. Resolution amounts to submission to the arbitrary edicts of the State. Combine this with the State's grabbing more and more monopolist power by using 'democracy' to exaggerate and exasperate envy and, you see, conflict resolution seems almost impossible.

Obviously the necessary conditions for peace include getting rid of the monopolist judge (the State - intent on coercive violation of property rights) in favor of consultative bodies that desire to refine property rights, moderated by reciprocity considerations.

Women & Men Equally Qualified To Study Divine Economy Theory.

It is an indisputable fact that women have been deprived of equal education throughout history and that is the only reason for the differences between the accomplishments of men and women. In a way that education gap is still a burden for women because the starting point for women generally lags behind, requiring exceptional determination and perserverence and courage to achieve equality and the associated respect.

But the divine economy theory is new upon the scientific and moral horizon. There is therefore no headstart or advantage for either man or woman.

This is extremely exciting news both in terms of justice and for the possibility of a social experiment. Will women excel and even prove to have a degree of superiority in the concepts and principles that constitute the divine economy theory? Will the societal transformation that results from the flow of knowledge that is explained in the divine economy theory demonstrate that the capacity of women is very great?

Theft Is A Crime Even When It Is Done Secretively!

The Champion Of The Constitution And Of State Rights!

How it is that the people in the South can be fooled by neocon clergy into ignoring the Constitution and even more shocking - ignoring States Rights - as the time approaches for them to make a truly patriotic statement to the propagandists in the media and to the usurpers and schemers in the unConstitutional coup. If nothing else the people of the South should realize that the value of their money is being siphoned off to the bankers (in the North), to Wall Street which is more of the same !, but this time the States have been so eviscerated that they not only do not resist such tyranny but align themselves with these violators of property rights.

Vote Fraud Is Theft And That Is The Expertise Of The UnConstitutional Coup.

Zero % Income Tax Would Make America The Most Prosperous Nation In The World.

Unless an economist is really only a propagandist for the government the obvious and true result of eliminating the income tax would be great prosperity. Use The Regression Theorem Of Intervention To Restore Property.

As a result of discoveries made during the unfolding of the divine economy theory I introduced the regression theorem of intervention which mirrors the regression theorem of money by Ludwig von Mises. The regression theorem of regression facilitates tracking the crimes of the ego-driven interventionists back to their acts of intervention. It will be very useful in bringing to justice the economic terrorists who masquerade as beneficent 'leaders.'

Ron Paul is probably the only member of Congress who is not guilty of some crime of intervention. Grover Cleveland may be the only President who will be found innocent of Presidential crimes of intervention.

Civil Liberties, Property Rights, Human Rights And Ron Paul!

In this manipulative interview by another propaganda arm of the unConstitutional coup an attempt is made to find something (desperately searching for some small morsel somewhere! - no chance!!!) in the Congressional record and then with a distorted twist tried to make an issue of it, the interviewer brings up a statement made by Ron Paul submitted as part of the Congressional record about the Civil Rights Act.

Ron Paul did not make the statement as merely some political rhetoric. As a scholar of classical liberalism and as a statesman he entered the statement. Therefore when asked about it, even though the interviewer distorted its intent, Dr. Paul clarified the natural rights of property rights and how property rights are the foundation of a free and prosperous society. When the State removes property rights all civil liberties and human rights are then in jeopardy and so he objected to the expansion of the State, the destruction of property rights, and the subsequent threat to both liberty and justice.

The Rights And Responsibilities Of Free Speech.

The issue of free speech in private or public places is still only a partial one. Holisitcally human beings have rights (this is the half being addressed) but they also have responsibilities! As mature human beings there is another natural restraint in addition to respect for free speech and property rights and that restraint is acting responsibly, which implies wisdom. Of course this wisdom develops best in the environment described in the divine economy theory but even in lesser conditions (in other words, hampered in some way) wisdom advances as the ethics develops, as it does since humans have an affinity for and benefit from social cooperation.

The combination of the right of free speech, and the degree of responsibility consonant with the ethics of the times brings about balance and serves to confirm the following identity: human rights are property rights and property rights are human rights.

Sovereignty Of Israel Is Essentially Part Of Their Property Rights.

When individuals give up the essence of their property rights - through taxation (or subsidization) and regulation - they become a serf, sometimes living with the illusion of possessing property rights. But when push comes to shove and the final decision is made then the illusion turns into disillusionment but by then it is too late. For example, try to claim that all of your income belongs to you!

The same is true with State sovereignty within the domain of imperialism. The best way for Israel to exercise its sovereignty is to free itself from the subsidization and regulation of its overlord and to do it diplomatically. However, this diplomatic solution is not on the table as long as the United States is in a "bomb & bribe first, ask questions later" mode.

There is a statesman and scholar of classical liberalism that is on the brink of becoming President, one who thoroughly understands property rights and national sovereignty, who will pursue diplomatic solutions, who will encourage trade freely and abundantly throughout the region, and who will stop the weapons racket that is destabilizing the region.

Politicians Use The Word "Democracy" To Oppress The Masses.

"The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it comes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism – ownership by government by an individual, by a group." a quote of FDR

Those words are not true in the combinations that they are used, plus the intention of the words chosen by such an ego-driven interventionist is not what it seems to the innocent people who have been bamboozled by the word 'democracy.'

Democracy is either mob rule or it is the free market, but the propaganda of the State has taught people that the free market is unsavory. So the double-speak of this ego-driven interventionist (FDR) alludes to the liberty of ‘mob rule.’

It is true that this mob rule (liberty of democracy) is not safe if people tolerate the growth of private power (in other words, individual liberty like property rights) exactly because individual liberty is what can restrain and conquer the State (which grows at the expense of individual liberty).

The essence of fascism is crony capitalism which can only exist as a form of socialism, perhaps masked by the illusion of ‘democracy’ where the people are fooled into the mob rule of the political class who then ‘go to bed’ with special interests thereby creating the fascism of crony capitalism.

Democracy is a word that can mean something good or something bad (even though miseducation has made it appear that it solitarily has a good meaning). The State created this miseducation and it perpetuates the myth.

Democracy is a word used by demagogues to pursue their socialistic designs. In the political realm democracy is a vile thing - democracy killed Socrates, democracy killed Jesus. To understand the beauty of democracy it is necessary to recognize that the free market is a reflection of the votes of the people for the things that they desire. As you can see, then, the socialism of political democracy is diametrically opposed to the free market and so are the demagogues like FDR.
