U.S. Militarism Destroys Lives (And The Dollar!)

Human Rights Not Union Rights!

If I want to work for an employer, even if others do not want to, it is my right, my human right to do so.

Unions are violators of the human rights of individuals and also unions are the violators of the property rights of the individuals who are striving to produce goods and services in society.

Reliance on coercion is clear evidence that unions are oppressive. And unions are in-themselves a type of corruption as is evident throughout its entire structure.

Market competition is the natural protector of productive workers and of the producers of goods and services. It is not the thuggery of unions. In other words, unions are the protectors of both unproductive workers and the destroyers of productive enterprises.

Socialistic “Human Rights” Are Criminal.

Lost is the ethical axiom: Property rights are human rights and human rights are property rights. But even if the self-appointed worldwide interventionists found this axiom they would want to falsely interpret it to justify their attack on property rights.

They would claim that “Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author” and proceed to starve mankind of its bountiful source of wealth. Partial knowledge in the hands of the ego-driven interpreters and interventionists is a danger to the advancement of civilization.

To these ignorant and corrupt self-appointed worldwide interventionists any recognition of the constantly enriching flow of wealth-generating knowledge discovered during the market process by the inherent entrepreneurial spirit of individuals would undermine their attempt to control the destiny of mankind. Their narrow and perverse vision is nothing but impoverishing and cannot 'stand the heat' of any comparison with the magnificent potential of human civilization that would occur without their meddling.

If they understood the above axiom they would see that every act of intervention (worldwide social engineering) of theirs is a violation of human rights. Yes they are oppressors. Their ego-driven interventions are criminal.

Easing Intellectual Property Rigidity.

This talented sketch presentation is very interesting and it is likely to intrigue each person who views it. Of course each viewer enters into that encounter with a unique perspective and that is what will be thoughtfully stimulated. In that sense the learning process activated by this sketch presentation follows the same pattern described in the presentation!

However, the invisible source where the ideas come from, which then appear in the human mind even when it is stewed on for a length of time, is not addressed. The fact that it is boundless and accessible to every human being makes claims to ownership a vain imagining. That does not diminish the great station that deservedly belongs to those who exercise their entrepreneurial spirit!
 
It appears to me that understanding the true wonders of pure entrepreneurship - which bring things from the invisible world into the visible world - without trying to institutionalize its ephemeral character will ease some of the rigidity of defining intellectual property.

Economic Externalities Can Be Eliminated By Refining Property Rights.

As part of the re-construction of a society (away from the destruction of society caused by Keynesianism/socialism/empiricism/interventionism) it will be necessary to redefine and continually refine property rights. This will require the abolition of ego-driven interpretation by improperly educated 'economists' and of course it will require the abolition of the ego-driven interventionists.

The foundation, then, for this reconstruction is the axiom: property rights are human rights and human rights are property rights. In a classical liberalism society property privilege is protected from fraud and violence by a legal framework that protects property rights. The creation of property privilege is the combination of a creative human spirit and resources, so in contrast to any contrary claim, the State has nothing to do with this creation. The State can either protect property from fraud and violence or it can be the creator or nurturer of fraud and violence that disrupts and corrupts the order brought about by human action.

The takeover of the means of production by 'peasants' is fraud (they are not the owners) and violent (it is not done voluntarily), can only happen if sanctioned by the State, violates human rights, and retards the ever-advancing civilization (clearly uncivilized behavior that begets retrogression).

Entrepreneurs Do More Than Generate Wealth.

In the article entrepreneurs were described as "wealth generators."

True but this is the effect not the cause. The cause of the wealth is the entrepreneurial spirit or the alertness of the market participant. Discovery preceeds the generation of wealth.

Why is economic intervention always immoral, and more specifically, immoral when it is directed at entrepreneurs? Humans, by nature, are seekers after truth. They are inherently alert but also subject to latency which is caused by anything that distorts or camouflages knowledge. It is a type of oppression to inject into the economy a corrupting influence. Economic intervention is an oppression that violates human rights and property rights by definition.

Violation of laissez-faire is immoral and scientifically proven to be a corruption of the economy.

Minimum Wage Laws Violate Human Rights And Property Rights.

Minimum Wage Laws are exploitative. They exploit the human rights of productive individuals in favor of non-productive individuals. They exploit the property rights of productive individuals in favor of the parasitic and predatory class.

The market always bids wages up for productive individuals as part of the competition for productive individuals.

The key understanding that needs to be recognized is that there has to be freedom of entry into the labor market. Lack of free entry into the labor market is a violation of human rights. On February 18th I posted a blog titled: "The Regression Theorem Of Intervention Shows The Origin Of Error. " In essence it shows the parallel between the regression theorem of money postulated by Ludwig von Mises and this new regression theorem of intervention.

The significance of this theorem is that interventionism can be traced backwards to its origin which means that the economic terrorists and the economic quacks and the ego-driven interventionists can be held accountable for the damages resulting from their intervention.

I suggest that we start with the ones who claim the distinction of Nobel laureate for Economics (or more truthfully the Nobel laureates for Wackonomics). Their 'prescriptions' are generally well documented and these are then very solid pieces of evidence that can be used to prosecute them for the theft and the destruction of wealth and life that afflicted millions of people as a result of their negligence or malevolence.

Let's make sure that Nobel laureates Joseph Stiglitz and Robert Solow and Paul Krugman are held accountable for their misdeeds!

"Intellectual Property" Is A Matter Of Honesty.

It is probably true that the ethics of our society expects that if a person does not originate an idea ("IP") but uses it, that the user does not claim to have originated it but rather acknowledges that it came from an original source.

It is possible that there are several original sources simultaneously (take marginal utility as an example) which implies that all of the original sources be acknowledged, to the best of one's ability.

The issue may not be theft but dishonesty. If that is the case then truthfulness is what is expected in society and those who are not being sincerely truthful will ultimately be ostracized in some manner.

How Best To Make Airlines Secure!

When will the customers of the airlines demand their right to be protected by the airline? It would be remarkable if people refused to fly unless and until the airlines take over control of securing the safety of the planes.

It goes like this: "I refuse to fly on any airline that is not protected solely by the property owner. I want myself and my property to be protected by the property owner, not by some bumbling bureaucracy with no direct interest in the property of the airline."

If enough people correspond directly with the airlines, telling them why buying airline tickets will come to a halt, then the slow nationalization of the airlines will come to a halt. This will force the hand of the fascist/socialists, causing them to either back off or blatantly accelerate their nationalization.

States Rights Are Gaining Importance!

Not only is this important for the future - to facilitate the establishment of classical liberalism societies working together all around the world peacefully and prosperously - but it is vitally important now to prevent the annihilation of the Constitutional Republic in America.

The unConstitutional coup is uncontrollably expanding under the incompetent watch of the Congress. These elected representatives - Congress - are either beholden to the unConstitutional coup by some corrupt arrangement or they are so thoroughly indoctrinated by the propaganda that they regarded as their 'education' throughout their lives that they have become imbecilic. Either way they sit idle as the Constitution is trampled upon and slashed and even defecated upon by the traitorous unConstitutional coup.

There is a hierarchy in this corrupt system of government and the States are fed only table scraps. Now as socialism and fascism intensifies even the scraps are consumed so the States are in danger of facing an irate citizenry in a weakened and hungry condition. The States are juxtaposed in between the citizens and the higher-ups (the coup and its minions), that is, the economic terrorists directing the expansion of the powers of the unConstitutional coup.

This position of the States - starving yet exposed - is being recognized by the States. At last they are coming to the realization that things are backwards. The States are supposed to be the principal representative level of government in our Constitutional Republic.

It is the right and responsibility of the States to prevent (but now to terminate) the coup. The first step, which is now being taken, is to expose the illegality of all the layers of corruption associated with the unConstitutional coup.

The next step is to recognize that it is time for real "change." It is time for Constitutional change. It is time to restore the full Constitutional rights to the States in our Constitutional Republic.

Out-Of-Control Federal Debt Will Destroy A Nation.

It would be much more realistic to briefly mention in the video the 2070 estimates of the Congressional Budget Office and then speak about a few of the unrealistic assumptions used. I am sure one assumption is the existence of the dollar as a currency of value in the year 2070. This is a complete farce!

Once that absurdity is addressed then the detrimental consequences of a national debt out-of-control can be further discussed as an example of what causes a nation to fall apart.

This is then a good transition into the discussion about whether federal debt is ever a good thing. Since humans are subjective it is practically impossible to have an instance where everyone is in agreement about any one endeavor. Of course I am presuming that human civilization advances and eliminates the outworn institutions that cause wars.

Therefore no government at the federal level has any economic role and so the question of federal debt becomes moot.

Property Rights And Human Rights In Health Care!

Physician and Congressman and statesman and classical liberalism scholar Ron Paul protects property rights and human rights as part of his health care proposals:

1. Allowing families to claim a tax credit for the rising cost of health insurance premiums. With many families now spending close to $1,000 or even more for their monthly premiums, they need real tax relief – including a dollar-for-dollar credit for every cent they spend on health care premiums – to make medical care more affordable.
   
2. A dollar-for-dollar tax credit that permits consumers to purchase "negative outcomes" insurance prior to undergoing surgery or other serious medical treatments. Negative outcomes insurance is a novel approach that guarantees those harmed receive fair compensation, while reducing the burden of costly malpractice litigation on the health care system. Patients receive this insurance payout without having to endure lengthy lawsuits, and without having to give away a large portion of their award to a trial lawyer. This also drastically reduces the costs imposed on physicians and hospitals by malpractice litigation. Individuals can purchase negative outcomes insurance at essentially no cost.
3. A $500 per child tax credit for medical expenses and prescription drugs that are not reimbursed by insurance. Create a $3,000 tax credit for dependent children with terminal illnesses, cancer, or disabilities. Parents who are struggling to pay for their children's medical care, especially when those children have serious health problems or special needs, need every extra dollar. Waive the employee portion of Social Security payroll taxes (or self-employment taxes) for individuals with documented serious illnesses or cancer. Suspend Social Security taxes for primary caregivers with a sick spouse or child. There is no justification or excuse for collecting Social Security taxes from sick individuals who literally are fighting for their lives.

A: Anti-liberalism is the manifestation of any and all political systems that do not recognize that property rights are human rights. It is the violation of these human rights that represents anti-liberalism.
